Being extremely involved and without being neglectful or overly ambitious. We came to Carmen with a very short deadline due to us being evicted (because the home owner was selling the house) and being requested to vacate the house within 60 days. Both of these exceptional women got to work immediately. Throughout the process we went looking for homes both online and in person, until we came upon the home we wanted to call our own and then began the paperwork.
